Celebrate the sea — and all its creatures, real and mythical. The Splash! Festival at the Fowler Museum features touch tanks and other water-science attractions as well as a parade and costume contest. Food, music, dance and a marketplace reflect the many countries and cultures where Mami Wata reigns.
